                   A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS SURPLUS PROPERTY A 
                   10.5+ ACRE TRACT LOCATED IN TIFTONIA AND 
                   AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAME TO LOUIS CARD 
                   FOR TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($20,000.00) PER ACRE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby declared 
       surplus a 10.5+ acre tract located in Tiftonia and that there be 
       and is hereby authorized the sale of said property to Louis Card 
       for $20,000.00 per acre, subject to design standards in deed 
       restrictions approved by the Department of General Services.
